Weekly Newsletters Cast List Ticketing Information Document Ticketing Map Rehearsal Times: Saturdays, 1:00-6:00pm / First Rehearsal is March 7th 6-9:30 (Most of cast only called for 3-4 hrs.) Selected occasional Tuesdays, 6-9pm (Lead/Featured performers as called) Rehearsal Locations: ENCORE Studios, 3555 Lomita Blvd, Suite E, Torrance, CA 90505 Tech Week: June 25-28, 2018 Performance Dates: June 29- July 1, 2018 Performance and Tech Week Location: Redondo Beach Perf. Arts Ctr., 1935 Manhattan Beach Blvd, Redondo Beach, CA Important Note: Every cast member may declare up to 3 conflict dates on their audition form, and may add up to ONE additional conflict due to family obligations. Any additional conflicts may result in the cast member being removed from their lead/featured part, taken out of a scene or put on understudy status. Tuition and Fee Information You must pay a $100 deposit at registration prior to auditions. If not cast in the show, the $100 will be refunded to you within 7 days. If cast in the show, regardless of the part, the remaining tuition will be charged prior to the cast list being posted. No refunds will be issued after auditions unless you are not cast in the show. We will place Co-op and Ticketing fees on your family account the week after registration. Fees are due on specific dates but may be paid at any time prior to the due date. Late Fees of $15 per week will be added to any fees not paid on time. Student Tuition: $525 2nd Student $425 3rd Student $325 4th Student $225 5th Student FREE Parent Participants: $295 (For parents of concurrently enrolled ENCORE students) Co-op Fee: $100 - Due 4/7 (May be offset by selling an ad to an outside business) Tickets: 20 tickets per family at a minimum of $20 each (due 6/2) Download Information Packet |
