Rehearsal and Performance Information
Age Requirements: All ages 5 through adult are welcome
Auditions: Sunday September 29th 12pm @ Warner Grand Theatre, 478 W. 6th St., Los Angeles, CA 90731
Callbacks: September 30th-October 2nd 4-9:30pm (Selected times, by invitation only.)

Rehearsal Times: Thursdays, 4:30-9:30pm beginning Oct.3rd (Most of cast only called for 1-3 hrs.) Some performers may be called on selected occasional Tuesdays, 7-9:30pm

Important Note: Every cast member may declare up to 3 conflict dates on their audition form, and may add up to ONE additional conflict due to family obligations. Any additional conflicts may result in the cast member being removed from their lead/featured part, taken out of a scene or put on understudy status.

Parents of concurrently enrolled ENCORE students $325
There is a nonrefundable $100 deposit required to enroll. Remaining tuition is due no later than 9/10/19 unless a monthly payment plan is requested.
Co-op Fee: $100/ person, up to $200/family - Due 11/7 (May be offset by selling an ad to an outside business)
Tickets: Each family is responsible for the sale or purchase of a minimum of 20 tickets at discount prices (due 1/2). Minimum cost of tickets is $400, and upgrades are available.
PAYMENT PLANS: Monthly payments will begin on the 1st day of the month following enrollment, regardless of the date of enrollment, and must be completed by January 1, 2020. There is a $35 per family charge for setting up and implementing a payment plan.
SCHOLARSHIPS: We are able to offer a limited number of scholarships to our Mainstage shows, but all completed scholarship packets, including supporting documentation, MUST be submitted NO LATER than September 1 for the Fall semester. Scholarship packets are available here.
