Please use this link to sign up for your volunteer jobs. Every family is responsible for 2 jobs, 3 if you were unable to complete 1 before tech week, and 4 if you are feeling generous ....please!! Please Note: There are a few new changes to this Newsletter & Performance Schedule
Tech Week is HERE!!!! These rehearsal weeks have flown by, and we are almost ready to put on a show! Here are a few notes as we go into Tech.

There is a mandatory cast/parent meeting on Monday at 5:00pm. It will only last about 30 minutes and we need the whole cast and at least one parent from every cast member under 18 to attend.

EVERY family is required to volunteer for a MINIMUM of 2 shifts during the run. Adults in the cast are responsible to find someone to cover those shifts. We will need a LOT more help because of the small cast and the large number of performances, so we are asking everyone to volunteer 4 times if at all possible. You may sign up for shifts here.

Tickets for your shows are now on sale!!! Please remember that all cast members are required to purchase/sell a minimum of 20 tickets. If not paid by Tuesday, we will automatically charge your card on file and issue your membership. We need everyone to start redeeming your tickets ASAP because we have less than 100 seats per show in our Blackbox, and shows WILL sell out. Be SURE to use the link in your confirmation email to redeem your tickets, or all of the options might not show up for you. You may used your tickets for ANY show, including the Field Trip and the public show at the Armstrong.
For those of you who missed the info, we've attached the ticketing document explaining how to purchase and redeem your tickets. Please read it before calling/emailing with questions. But then feel free to call if anything is unclear!

The show is just a couple weeks away! We love the lively discussions that have been going on over in the Romeo & Juliet FB group!
After Thursday's (4/13) Annie rehearsal (ending at 7pm), we have a group heading over to Rolling Hills Covenant Church to see several of our ENCORE Family members, including Director Summer Cacciagioni and Brian Werfelmann performing as living pieces of art. Jennifer Werfelmann will be the Host, narrating throughout the production.
For Tickets- Click on their website to reserve your seats! Students with a valid School I.D. are $10, Adult Tickets range from $13-$25 (depending on location and availability).

Susan Marks - 10 (Little Red Riding Hood) This is Susan's third Encore production. Some of her favorite past roles include Sally(Charlie Brown) and Orphan (Oliver). Have you Ordered your DVD! For ENCORE'S Mainstage productions, we hire a professional videographer to film the show and provide DVD copies for cast members to purchase. However, since Romeo & Juliet has such a small cast, we need a minimum of 12 families to commit to order a DVD so we can cover the cost of filming the show. If we do not get those commitments by Thursday, March 30, we will not be able to film the show.

If you do not have a card on file, we will not place an order for you unless you call the office to pay in advance.

Headshots & Bios: For our Shakespeare productions, we allow the cast to submit their own professional headshots for the bio sheets that are displayed in the lobby. If you don't already have a headshot to use, please email [email protected], and I can take one for you.
Cast Bios & Headshots are due Tuesday April 4th
Every cast member is asked to submit a short bio that lets the audience know a little bit about them. There is no charge for submitting a bio and we want every cast member to have one.
Requirements:
- Use 50 words or less
- Speak in the 3rd person ( no "I" Statements) - Use student's name/he/she/they.
- Include student's age
- Name is in bold, character title(s) are in Italics
- Email it to [email protected] --- please do not reply to this email
- PLEASE put "Student Name" Romeo & Juliet Bio in the Subject Line
- Please paste the bio into the body of the email -- instead of an attachment
