 Age Requirements: All ages 6 through adult are welcome


Rehearsal Times: Saturdays, 2:00-9:00pm beginning September 28 (Most of cast only called for 2-3 hrs.)
Selected occasional Tuesdays, 5-9pm (Lead/Featured performers as called)   
 NO rehearsal 11/30 & 12/28. Rehearsal TBD on 1/4.

Tech Week: Load in: Jan 5th 10-4pm, Tech: January 5th-Jan 9th 4-10 pm
Performance Dates: January 11-18, 2020 (including field trips on Jan 16th  & 17th at 10am)
Performance and Tech Week Location: Redondo Beach Performing Arts Center, 1935 Manhattan Beach Blvd, Redondo Beach, CA

Additional Important Dates: PARENT MEETINGS: Sept 21st @ 12pm, January 5 @ 4pm and additional if needed TBD
                                                 CO-OP FEES due 10/19
                                                 TICKET FEES due 12/7

Important Note: Every cast member may declare up to 3 conflict dates on their audition form, and may add up to ONE additional conflict due to family obligations.  Any additional conflicts may result in the cast member being removed from their lead/featured part, taken out of a scene or put on understudy status.

Registration fee: 
1st Student $550           
2nd Student residing at the same address $450   
3rd Student residing at the same address $350  
4th Student residing at the same address $250  
5th Student  residing at the same address FREE
Parents of concurrently enrolled ENCORE students  $325 

There is a nonrefundable $100 deposit required to enroll. Remaining tuition is due no later than 9/10/19 unless a monthly payment plan is requested. 

Co-op Fee:  $100/ person, up to $200/family - Due 10/19 (May be offset by selling an ad to an outside business)
Tickets:   Each family is responsible for the sale or purchase of a minimum of 20 tickets at discount prices (due 12/7).   Minimum cost of tickets is $400, and upgrades are available.

PAYMENT PLANS:  Monthly payments will begin on the 1st day of the month following enrollment, regardless of the date of enrollment, and must be completed by January 1, 2020. There is a $35 per family charge for setting up and implementing a payment plan. 

SCHOLARSHIPS:  We are able to offer a limited number of scholarships to our Mainstage shows, but all completed scholarship packets, including supporting documentation, MUST be submitted NO LATER than September 1 for the Fall semester.  Scholarship packets are available here.
