Tickets
Here is the link to make sure you have access to all shows.
Many of you have not yet redeemed your tickets, but please do as these smaller audiences sell out fast. Don't forget your tickets are good for the Thursday morning performance as well.
Please see the attached ticketing document for ticket processing. The most up to date schedule of performances is:
Thursday ~ 9:30, 11:45, 7:00
Friday ~ 7:30
Saturday ~ 2, (7:30-TBD)
Sunday ~ 2, 6:30

Volunteering
Don't forget to sign up for your Tech Week jobs. Since there were no opportunities to do a pre-tech commitment please sign up for 3 slots if you can. For everyone in the cast please be aware that you are required to stay to help strike the set on Sunday after the last show, as well.

DVD
We may have the potential to have a videographer tape both shows, however in order to record both shows we would need a minimum of 17 people to order the DVD at $35 each. Please send an email to admin if you would like one and we will let you know if we get enough to proceed with the recording. If we do not get enough orders, we will not be videotaping.

Tech meals
No meals will be provided this show, please make sure to pack enough food and water for each rehearsal/performance, or plan to have someone bring you food (or order food).

Encore Food Drive
To help combat childhood hunger, Encore is joining Leadership Torrance in support of El Camino College Food Bank, Community's Child, and the Volunteer Center, and we have placed a box in the lobby for food donations. Let's fill it up!! Please see the attached flyer for more information. Everything will be donated on May 25.

Spaghetti Dinner - Sun. June 3
Encore's 11th Annual Spaghetti Dinner will be Sunday June 3rd. Come out for a fun dinner, talent show, and showcase of 2017-2018 performances!! It's a great evening spent with all of your friends. Click here to buy your tickets and attached is more information.

We are very excited to release the performance schedule!! (Only roles that have been double cast are noted. Everyone else plays their parts for every show.) We cannot wait for another great show with such a great cast!! Thank you for your patience.
Please see the Performance Schedule attached. Please contact ENCORE with questions via email and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
The ticketing process document is also attached for your reference. Please note you cannot start redeeming your tickets until you have been issued a membership, which happens after you have paid your mandatory ticketing fee. We try to issue memberships the same day but if you do not receive yours within a few business hours after paying please just let us know.

The Encore office will not send a newsletter every week. Please email when you have questions. Information will come to you from your stage manager Shirl Sigee, and via your Facebook group, with the occasional reminder email from Encore.

Tickets - Due April 2
Tickets are on sale to the public and you now!! :) The mandatory ticket commitment charge of $400 is on your account to be paid anytime before April 2. If not paid before that date on April 2 we will charge it to your card on file, and issue your membership at that time. Please see the attached document for more information.

Bios - Due March 31
Every cast member is asked to submit a short bio that lets the audience know a little bit about them. There is no charge and we want every cast member to have one.
Requirements:
Susan Marks - 10 (Little Red Riding Hood)
This is Susan's third Encore production. Some of her favorite past roles include Sally (Charlie Brown) and Orphan (Oliver). Susan sings with the San Pedro Choir and plays on her school soccer team. In her spare time she loves to paint and jump rope. She hopes you enjoy the show!(50 words, exactly!)

- A PENCIL (NOT a pen) and a highlighter
- A water bottle with plenty of water/ snack if you would like
- Clothing you can move comfortably in (girls, if you wear a dress or skirt, please wear shorts under it.
- CLOSED-TOED shoes!! (NO sandals or flip flops! Jazz shoes are great, but tennis shoes will work.)
