Required Parent Meeting ~ 4pm ~ Monday, June 4
At the beginning of tech we will have our Mandatory Cast and Parent meeting to kick off the week. The entire cast and at least one parent (or suitable stand-in) from each family is required to attend. It is especially important as we are performing in a "new" venue and there are some new things to go over.

Load In/Strike/Load Out
Please remember the policies agreement that requires ALL families to participate in EITHER Load in all day on Monday Jun. 4th from 10am-4pm OR 2 full hours of Load out on Saturday Afternoon/evening after strike
In addition ALL cast members, regardless of age, are required to stay to help with STRIKE(2 hours immediately following the end of the show on Saturday). There are NO exceptions.

Monday Jun. 4 ~ Load in 10 - 4 (ALL families are required to commit to either the entire of Load in OR 2 hours of Load OUT) ~~ Rehearsal 4 - 9
~Wear you pajamas on Monday if you would like too (closed toed tennis shoes or dance shoes still required)

Loyalty Discount on Upcoming Productions
We always offer current students a "loyalty" discount for registering for the next program while still enrolled. We are offering a $50 discount on our 2-week summer camps if you register by Saturday, June 9th. For those who want to continue with Danny, she will be directing our Mulan Jr. camp. Just send an email to [email protected] and we will get you registered and apply the discount. Information is available here.

We hope you are all getting excited as tech week approaches! Please read this newsletter as it has lots of important info about the next few weeks.

Tech Meals - URGENT
We do not currently have a tech meal coordinator. Is there anyone who would be willing to volunteer to coordinate semi- square meals for about 40 people per night?
If you have any questions before committing please email [email protected] and we can give you more details about the commitment. Without a coordinator we can't offer Tech Meals, and everyone will have to provide their own food each night.

DVD - Please let us know ASAP
If you would like to order a DVD of the performance as a memento, please let us know as soon as possible. We need 15 people to commit to ordering a DVD before we can officially book the videographer.

Every cast member is asked to submit a short bio that lets the audience know a little bit about them. There is no charge and we want every cast member to have one.
Requirements:
Susan Marks - 10 (Little Red Riding Hood)
This is Susan's third Encore production. Some of her favorite past roles include Sally (Charlie Brown) and Orphan (Oliver). Susan sings with the San Pedro Choir and plays on her school soccer team. In her spare time she loves to paint and jump rope. She hopes you enjoy the show!
