Tech Week Schedule
Please note the time change below
Tuesday, Wednesday, 4-9pm Dress Rehearsal
Thursday 11am - 4pm(might changed to 3:30pm)
Friday 12pm Call time, 2pm show, dinner break (children do not leave), then 7pm show
Saturday 5pm Call time, 7pm show.
Sunday 1pm Call time, 3pm Show, Load Out, Set Breakdown
(Show is between 1.5 and 2 hours long and will have an intermission)
Costumes
You MUST bring your correct Shoes & Undergarments by Tuesday. See attached costume document and let us know if you have any questions.
Donate water
Please consider donating a case of 8oz bottles of water for the students to have backstage during rehearsals and shows. They will need it! You can bring it on Monday when you drop off for rehearsal.
Volunteering
Each family is required to volunteer for a minimum of 2 Tech Week jobs. Some families have not yet volunteered for their commitment. Parents of children ages 12 and under are required to do (or provide someone to do) at least one shift as a Dressing Room Helper (Kid Wrangler) Please sign up for your jobs HERE.
Tech Week Meals
There is not a tech meal option. There is a microwave, freezer, and refrigerator. Plan to have food packed with your children or have food arrive before 5:30pm M, Tu, W, Th, and Fri. (Saturday and Sunday do not span as much time but please still make sure to pack lots of water and snacks)

Upcoming Opportunities at ENCORE
Audition Prep Masterclass With Alison Schiller
This class is for the actor looking to take the next step in professionalism in the audition room. We will focus on material, process, and in-room etiquette. You will receive acting guidance, feed back on your actor type in the professional world as well as suggestions on material to add to you repertoire.
Alison is a New York-based actor who has worked professionally in film, commercials and theater. She received the majority of her training from Otterbein University, graduating Magna Cum Laude with a BFA in Musical Theatre and Dance. In addition to acting, Alison works as a one-on-one coach in the college audition process and musical theatre technique with the goal of helping aspiring actors to find their strengths, find suitable material, and find their way to truthful, impactful storytelling.
