Tracy Schiller, Executive Director
Tracy has been involved in the theatre world for more than 15 years and has worn many hats during that time; everything from site coordinator to props mistress to production manager to stage manager. She’s been with ENCORE since the very beginning and has worked alongside Summer and Marcelo to build ENCORE into the South Bay’s premier educational theatre company. Having taken a break from performing since college, Tracy recently re-discovered the joy of performing when she recently had the opportunity to perform alongside her son on the ENCORE stage. It was a lot of fun, but for now she intends to spend her time behind the scenes, developing ENCORE's programs and helping to ensure our families have a quality theatre education experience. She holds a B.A in Communication Studies with an emphasis in television production from California State University, Sacramento, and is currently pursuing continuing education in nonprofit management.
Marcelo Cacciagioni - Technical Director
Marcelo has been involved in the technical side of theatre for the last 25 years. He has done tech for more shows than he can count. Marcelo spent almost 10 years in the entertainment industry working as a technician and traveling around the globe working for different rock bands, such as, Neil Diamond, Ben Harper, N Sync, Britney Spears, The Goo Goo Dolls, Red Hot Chili Peppers, and the Foo Fighters. Marcelo was also the Lighting Director for Green Day's American Idiot tour that won the Grammy Award for best new rock album! (If you want to know more you can look him up on imdb.com.) The last few years he has helped tech, run, build, design, and light shows for youth productions that his wife directed. Marcelo is truly at home in the Theatre. Marcelo is extremely excited to be a part of this great adventure with his lovely wife!

Jodi Sexton, Rehearsal Manager/ Marketing & Administrative Assistant
Jodi is elated to be back in her hometown of Torrance, and working with her childhood friend, Summer. She remembers fond times of sharing the stage together as kids. She started with ENCORE in July of 2014, taking care of email blasts and social media, while still living in Indiana. The following year, once the “Big Move” was made, she joined the ladies in the office at ENCORE Studios. Since then, she has been assisting in the office in whatever capacity is needed! Jodi also takes our cast headshots. She really enjoys getting to combine working with the different casts as well as her love for photography! ENCORE is such an incredible company, both to work for and perform with. She had the great opportunity to be in ENCORE’s Mary Poppins, alongside her daughter. What a joy to see her daughter blossom onstage and find a love for theatre.
