About The Show
Step into a whole new world this fall with Disney’s Aladdin Jr. at Encore! Based on the beloved Disney film and Broadway hit, this exciting production follows Aladdin, Jasmine, Genie, and a lively cast of unforgettable characters on an adventure filled with magic, friendship, courage, and discovery. With energetic musical numbers, expanded roles, hilarious moments, and plenty of opportunities for performers of all experience levels to shine, Aladdin Jr. is the perfect way for young actors to grow both on and off the stage.
Theater offers children so much more than performance experience. Through rehearsals and productions, students build confidence, creativity, teamwork, communication skills, and lasting friendships in a supportive and encouraging environment. Whether your child dreams of center stage or simply wants to try something new, participating in theater helps young performers develop empathy, responsibility, problem-solving skills, and self-expression that carry far beyond the spotlight. At Encore, every student is given the opportunity to learn, contribute, and be part of the magic of creating live theater together.

About This Production
Our Young Players Series is specially designed for our youngest performers to have a fun, positive, and age-appropriate introduction to theater! These productions feature shorter shows and rehearsal schedules that are a better fit for young children, helping keep the experience exciting, manageable, and full of joy from start to finish.
Through games, music, storytelling, and performance, students build confidence, creativity, teamwork, and communication skills while making new friends along the way. Our teaching artists love working with young performers and focus on creating a warm, supportive environment where every child feels encouraged to participate, try new things, and shine in their own way. Whether it’s their very first time on stage or they already love performing, our goal is for every student to leave feeling proud, included, and excited to come back for more theater magic!
